In doubles, BU won on all three courts. Finishing first were sophomores Sydney Sharma and Nina Gulbransen in the No. 3 spot as the pair won 6-0. Clinching the doubles point at the No. 1 spot were seniors Erica Di Battista and junior Kaitlin Tan who took home a 6-2 win. Play continued at the No. 2 spot at which seniors Sofia Kostirko and Steph Nguyen won 6-3.
BU swept on all six singles courts, winning in straight sets on each one. Freshman Emily Zhao secured the first singles victory with a 6-0, 6-0 win at the No. 4 spot and was followed by freshman Rhea Rai who also won 6-0, 6-0 at the bottom of the lineup. Kostirko clinched the 4-0 victory for the Terriers with a 6-0, 6-0 win of her own at the No. 5 spot.
The remaining courts played out as grad student Shelly Yaloz was next to finish. She won 6-1, 6-2 at the top of the lineup to keep the momentum in BU's favor. Freshman Navya Vadlamudi won at line three in a 6-1, 6-2 decision while sophomore Michelle Kleynerman secured BU's seventh and final point in a 6-1, 6-2 result at the No. 2 spot.
The Terriers will prep for the Patriot League Tournament which will begin on Friday, April 28. This year's tournament will take place at defending conference champion Army West Point.
